hmmm.. gonna just give a summary on where we went.. details can chat wif me on msn.. lol.. for those who dunno, i went to kuching on 22nd nite till 26th nite then return s'pore.. so my 1st day is 23rd and it goes on till 4th day 26th.. =D

just thinking perhaps i shud start wif some history.. my mum's parent that generation, cousins stays tgt and they are so close till they are ranked according to who's born 1st regardless of parents.. so.. the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th belongs to 1 parent.. the 2nd and 4th is another.. the 6th is the only son of a 3rd couple.. my mum's own father is the 5th/7th (paiseh i cant really remb) son.. however the cousin, 2nd of the family, have got no child since they are so close so decided to let the 2nd son foster my mum.. my real grandparents and relatives moved and grew up in kuching while my foster grandparents as well as my mother are singaporeans.. well, my mum have got 3 elder bro, 1 younger bro, and 2 elder sis.. for the past 19+yrs, i've nvr seen my real relatives before except for my eldest uncle's (da jiu) family once residing in clementi and my smallest uncle (xiao jiu) who visited during cny while i was still very young that time.. 1st auntie (da yi) look very familiar and i learned that at that time when my Xiao Jiu visited my Da Jiu, she was also there hence i have seen her before.. but for the rest of the relative like my 2nd and 3rd uncle, and 2nd aunt (er yi), as well as all of their children (my cousins) i've nvr seen them.. my 3rd uncle (san jiu) was present on my elder bro's wedding hence that was the 1st time i seen him.. and the 2nd time was when i went johor wif my mum (refer to kulai trip)..

oki.. now start wif the trip.. went there on wed nite.. reached rnd 8.15pm.. Xiao Jiu and Xiao Jiu Mu came to fetch us at the airport.. fetch us over to their hse 1st to put down the stuff (they staying tgt wif grandma and Da Yi).. after putting down things, went out for dinner cum supper (havent eaten dinner cuz is short trip plus the trip was during dinner time..) after dinner, we went on a introductory ride.. lol.. just a short ride arnd..

over in m'sia, cars are necessity.. hah.. y i say that, cuz i heard that their public buses come only every 30mins/1hr.. o.o!! and frm wat i c, there are very scarce bustops so guess u not only have to wait very long, u also nid to walk very far.. *shocked*.. so during my trip, walking were cut to the minimal as they will always find the parking space nearest to the entrance.. lol.. worse is they bring us for 4meals nearly every day.. omg.. way more than my usual consumption.. haix.. eat so much, walk so little.. grow fat liao.. sadded..

1st day
Er Jiu (2nd uncle) came over to the hse kinda early in the morning, as we din knw that we'll b going out in the morning, we din set alarm clock (plus we slept at only rnd 12mn).. slp until wake up naturally rnd 8.30am.. still kinda early hor..? but er jiu already waited quite awhile especially after we wash up and bathe.. oops.. haha.. too bad, nvr inform us then can set alarm clock then no nid wait so long liao.. =x brought us out for breakfast and then to this crocodile farm.. wats so nice abt seeing crocs..? i not very interested but after seeing some other animals, find it not bad.. haha.. have got monkeys, wild boars, squirrels, bears, eagle, turkey, snakes and some other interesting animals &reptiles which i dunno the name..

as the place is kinda far plus after breakfast then go, by the time we finish walking is abt 11+am le.. so decided to drive to his hse for lunch.. er jiu and xiao jiu actually live very near.. just a huge grass patch apart.. can c one another's hse but they will drive de.. haha.. walking isnt very much in their dictionary..

went over to er jiu hse had lunch saw er yi over there.. after lunch da yi drive us and grandma home for a rest before going out sight-seeing in the afternn.. slept for a short while.. woke up, went to some museum.. there were 2, the new one have got animals sculture, some old technologies, model of longhouse (not the one in upp thomson ar.. lol.. longhouse in kuching are inhabitat by their natives), also got weapons display.. went to the 2nd which i remb as the old one.. felt cheated.. lol.. y..? nothing de.. except got a model of the natives' grave.. they've got 2 lvls.. the grnd flr were rented out for some dinosaur thingy.. nid to pay.. aiya, we not kids le.. wat for pay to watch dinosaur.. bo liao.. hence we visited the 2nd flr.. only got pottery display.. sianz~!! ended the visit kinda fast cuz they all look the same..

after the 2 museums, we went to this "hokkien garden".. wat's it abt..? there got 5/6 pavillion.. each represent a diff chinese association.. the biggest and standing in the center of the garden is the hokkien pavillion.. surrounded by the others.. cannt remb all the name.. but 1 is 金门 pavilion.. y i remb that cuz my maternal family ancestors comes frm there, we still have an ancestor hse located in "Jin Men".. in the garden also got statues of the 12 zodiac.. took wif our own then me and mum also took wif a pig.. lol.. its so cute lor.. lol.. after the garden, da yi drove and stop somewhere to buy chendol then home sweet home.. lol.. eat the chendol at home.. very big packet and i find it very sweet hence i only drank a small bowl of it.. after drinking then rest agn..

evening time rnd 7pm, drove over to er jiu's "restaurant".. haha.. y wif " "..? cuz its a place like marina south.. this place is located at the rooftop of a carpark and there got alot of seafood stalls.. er jiu insist me and my bro choose 1 item so i saw the mussels and chose it.. yummy~!! lol.. my bro love cuttlefish so he chose that.. the rest of the food was decided by the other relatives.. ate wif 1 of my cousin (eldest son of er jiu) and his wife.. kinda enjoyed the dinner except theres too many food.. lol..

after dinner, xiao jiu originally wanna drive us home via another route but end up we go cousin's hse to check out but also very near home lar.. they've got 2 son.. the elder 1 is 3+yrs old and really very active.. haha.. saw their wedding photos and videos.. nice.. after that go home.. originally xiao jiu still say wanna go for supper.. 0.0!! but we insist we too full le.. dun wanna go.. luckily.. after that rnd 10+pm then go slp le..

2nd day
this time rnd.. smarter, we set alarm clock for 7am.. but we laze till like 7.30 then wake up.. oops.. lol.. wash up and bathe.. realise that er yi actually arrived kinda early.. oh no.. made the elder wait for us agn.. haix..

went out for breakfast at a kopitiam near hospital cuz grandma nid collect medical report.. after breakfast, went to visit grandpa's grave at the chua's cemetary and his tablet at another place dunno wat association de.. after praying then drove over to damai beach resort.. the resort was owned by holiday inn kinda nice.. walk along the beach and up into the resort wif my bro while he take pictures.. mum, aunt and grandma din come along cuz they say the stairs very high.. but we climb, not that high le.. think rnd 5lvl high nia.. lol.. at damai beach, theres another "chalet" which can b booked by government's employee.. as both my aunt wrk for the govt, they decided to book it.. if available then nite go over for a stay over..

went back home 1st.. rest while wait for news on the chalet.. waiting~~~ nap agn.. realise go on trip really very tiring sia.. visit here and there.. ooo.. chalet available.. packed and dress appropriately le.. shorts and more comfy clothings.. reach there.. look more like an abandoned hse rather than chalet.. cant believe my eyes.. but guess govt owned de.. dun expect too much bah.. lol.. anyway just for 1 nite.. tahan bah.. went out into the opening.. pei my bro take photos.. but return into the chalet.. i kenna quite alot of mosquitoes bite.. think at least got 10 bah.. just less than 3mins le.. omg.. they see liao then say dun stay le.. cuz they dun wanna later i very kelian.. haix.. felt so bad.. come all the way then awhile then go off le.. all cuz of me.. haix haix..

went back to town area for dinner.. ate at satay hse.. ooo.. not bad.. but the sauce sux.. also ate some other food.. nice~ went back home after dinner.. my xiao jiu were laughing till very shuang (cuz the place kinda far so we make all the way there for a short while then back agn).. so bad sia.. i kenna so many mosquitoes bite still can laugh until so happy.. evil.. lol.. (i always play wif my xiao jiu de.. my maternal relatives not so si ban ban wif youngster must respect elderly.. as in u still nid to respect them but u can really play wif them 1)..

rested awhile.. watch tv.. chit chat.. rnd 9.30pm xiao jiu insist bring us out for supper.. ~.~!! went for stingray and noodle.. reach back home abt 11++pm liao.. so went to bed cuz nxt day nid wake up early go visit longhouse.. this time rnd nid set alarm at 7am but i set 6.45am in case we laze too late agn.. *in dreamland*

3rd day
today is we wait for er jiu.. my mum even kid wif him say that day he wait for us so today exchange we wait for him.. lol.. drove out for breakfast then proceed over to longhouse.. learned that there are quite afew but due to time constraint therefore they bring us over to the nearer one.. think now too developed le hence nothing much left to see.. only stayed awhile then went over to their botanic garden.. wow.. they have got alot of species of pitcher plant.. din knw there's so many.. haix.. i really very sua ku.. after visiting the garden already noon le so go to er jiu hse for lunch agn..

after lunch dropped grandma home then proceed to cat museum.. as kuching is called the city of cat hence its necessary to visit their cat museum.. kinda just nice, they have got cat exhibition.. real living cat.. nothing much so we went in.. the museum do not consist of real life cats but all kinds of cats collections.. have got ancient egypt cat sculptures and fortune cats, hello kitty.. anything that is of relation to cats.. some are kinda nice and cute..

after cat museum went to visit waterfall.. as xiao jiu and da yi very long nvr go le so we have to look for it.. but we drove past the location le still couldnt find.. so decided to go check out a family park over there.. think cuz of all the developing, the waterfall is no more.. no water de lor.. haix.. sad.. waste money le.. (have to pay to go in) haix.. ruined mother nature.. ='(

after visiting "waterfall" went over to er yi hse for bbq.. she scared we hungry so prepared rice, kang kong and pig trotters.. lol.. so we ate hence din eat alot of the bbq food.. was very very very full.. went to a hypermart wif xiao jiu and xiao jiu mu reach there le, my mum's sandal snapped (wore grandma's cuz mum din have flat footwear except for sportshoe which can b kinda troublesome to wear) so bought a pair frm the hypermart.. after that go home le.. 10+pm then i go slp le.. damn tired.. nxt day nid wake up 6.30am cuz going a temple.. nitez~

4th day (last day)
woke up very early in the morning.. cuz wanna go visit this temple call 青山寺 there got budda and tao's statues but their main is buddhism.. its kinda high and u have to take the stairs.. poor xiao jiu.. he was panting away.. lol.. kinda nice place though.. heh.. xiao jiu taught me to pick lots.. haha.. dun ask me wats my qns to buddha was cuz i din even tell my mum and bro.. heh.. but its a very good lot though.. happy.. hehehehe..

after leaving the temple went to a bazaar.. cuz i wanna buy some souveniers back for my friends and bf.. then my mum also wanna buy for colleagues some snacks.. finish walking, we went over to riverside to take some pic of ppl practising for dragon boat competition.. finish walking kinda hungry.. originally xiao jiu wanna bring us to some place for lunch but it was pack so went elsewhere instead.. after lunch went over to a garden.. there got the zheng he's statue.. very big one.. then got some nice scenes.. walk for a short while..

after that xiao jiu mu keep complaining tired wanna go home rest but xiao jiu insist drive arnd.. end up we lost our way.. =.= i decided to slp while he find his way.. hahaha.. nan de.. throughout the trip, that was the only time i slept while on the drive.. normally in s'pore.. while travelling.. resting is definitely in the agenda.. lol.. back in town, xiao jiu drive to some small places for my bro to take some missed out picts.. then back liao.. back at home so tired i nap.. wake up then have popiah for dinner.. after dinner watch tv take some "family" photos then prepare go airport le.. wow.. time really flies..

10.30pm.. S'PORE~!! HOME SWEET HOME~!! lol.. really misses my dar alot sia.. originally tot that it'll b a long 4 days w/o my dar but wif all that travelling arnd, time flies.. think nxt tym wanna go agn and stay longer.. heh.. resting time.. gonna catch my slp liao.. damn tired.. yawnz~~ sweet dreams everyone..
